Something that happened over the years, and considering my 'sensitive' self, I could pretty well succumb to it and go into depression if i'm not careful.
I fainted one the train once and then from then on, used to have panic attacks almost daily right before getting on the train and for the whole train trip. Used to add to the train ride by 2-3 times sometimes so I know how it feels...
