A Toast

Had another spell of panic attack after this, and it admittedly affected the presentation of my speech projects nos. 7 and 8.

My wonderful, supportive and caring Toastmasters friends noticed immediately.

And they propped me up with positive and helpful comments, cheerful jokes, and words of encouragement.

I love my Toasties so very much. n_n
