Yikes!
There I was, priming myself for an evening's movie screening with my cell members, and I got this in the early hours of the work day.
Feeling pretty deflated, I readily admitted defeat by sms-ing to Amy that I wouldn't be coming for the movie after all.
Being the woman of faith that she is, Amy responded that she would pray for me.
And wonders upon wonders, I was able to complete half the amount of flyers in good time for the movie. Yay! Praise the Lord! n_n
The best part was that the Lord ministered to me with two scenes in the movie:
i) The arguement where divorce was strongly implied. When Caleb shouted that he doesn't get any RESPECT from Catherine, it brought back not-so-fond memories of my relationship with my Ex.
ii) When Caleb's dad communicated to him through the Love Dare book that the habits that destroy a relationship e.g. hobbies, gambling and pornography. Felt such a huge sense of release then. Wow! :)
I'm glad the Lord declared His love to me today by clearing the path so that I could watch the movie.
And I know that the person sitting next to me was ministered to as well.
Isn't God just marvelous? n_n
